BIOGRAPHY
Vanessa articled with the firm in 2023/2024 and joined as an associate following her call to the bar. Vanessa’s developing practice is focused on insurance defence litigation with an emphasis on personal injury claims arising out of motor vehicle accidents. She also has experience in property damage, subrogation, and occupier’s liability claims.
Vanessa utilizes her valuable mooting experience from the Ontario Trial Lawyer’s Association Moot (2023) and Ontario Bar Association Moot (2023) to effectively advocate for her clients before the Superior Court of Justice. Her court experience includes interning for the Honourable Madam Justice Lucille Shaw through the Canadian institute for the Administration of Justice in 2022.
