Jiku J. Elamathail

Jiku J. Elamathail (2006) obtained his Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from York University.  He earned his law degree at the University of Windsor law school in 2005.  He articled with Benson Percival Brown LLP and joined the firm upon his call to the bar in 2006.  Jiku was admitted to the partnership in 2014.

Jiku is the firm’s Articling Principal.

Jiku is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Advocates’ Society and the Ontario Bar Association.  His insurance defence litigation practice includes negligence, subrogation, property and tort matters.
