Emma Najgoldberg

Emma Najgoldberg joined Benson Percival Brown in 2021. She attended Western University where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and her Juris Doctor. Emma was called to the Ontario Bar in 2019.

Prior to joining Benson Percival Brown, Emma practiced at a boutique litigation law firm.

Emma works primarily in the areas of insurance defence litigation and subrogation.
