BIOGRAPHY

Kevin’s practice is focused on insurance defence litigation with particular experience in motor vehicle liability, personal injury, occupier’s liability, product liability, construction liability, professional liability and property damage claims. Kevin has successfully argued numerous matters before the Superior Court, Divisional Court, and Court of Appeal in Ontario, as well as the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal. Additionally, in 2017/18, Kevin appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada in the precedent setting case of Rankin’s Garage & Sales v. JJ, which reaffirms the basic principles upon which tort law in Canada are premised. Kevin is also an advisor for a health research organization. Kevin is known for his practical, results oriented approach to litigation, as well as his client centered focus.
